FOF: Sinterklaas & Zwarte Piet Loveys

Hi everyone! As promised I have a nice FO to show you today!

I made Sinterklaas and Zwarte Piet loveys!

Aren't they the cutest? Yes, even if you have no clue which two figures this are? ;)

Quick explaination. Sinterklaas is an old Dutch tradition, a children's holiday. Sinterklaas and his help Zwarte Piet visit the country and give out gifts. For a 2 or 3 weeks you can put your shoe near the fireplace (think stocking) and sing a song. If you are lucky (and nice, well-behaved etc.), you get a present from Zwarte Piet the next day (who comes down the chimney to fill your shoe).
Santa Claus is based on our Sinterklaas, so I am sure you can imagine a children's holiday with lots of gifts ;) The Big finale is on the 5th or 6th of December, when it is 'Presents-night'; it is Sinterklaas' birthday on the 6th and celebrates by giving lots of gifts (think, Christmas tree presents load on Christmas morning).

Next week I will have to skip on blogging. No time on Wednesday and on December the 5th I will forget, as I have a mountain of presents to unwrap then ;)
